Returns & Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges due to change of mind. All items packed are of the utmost quality, however once the order has left my studio, it can encounter rough handling or extreme temperatures during transit. Whilst I carefully package your items to avoid such damage, sometimes this is unavoidable. If you receive your package and it isn't of the utmost quality, please email livandlaine.co@gmail to resolve this issue promptly.
